Biographical Sketch: A seasoned hospice executive, Pam Barrett is recognized as a visionary and progressive leader, educator and consultant. Having served as CEO of Hospice & Palliative Care of Greensboro, NC for over two decades, it was a subsequent role that led her to develop a consulting practice. As Executive Vice President for Organizational Excellence with another large hospice, she supported leaders and promoted innovation and best practices- now a focus for the consulting practice that she initiated in 2012.
Executive mentoring, succession and sustainability planning, board engagement and fund development are areas of special interest. Using the practical wisdom of nearly three decades of leadership, she is also an educator, motivational speaker and workshop facilitator. Pam is board certified in healthcare management by The American College of Healthcare Executives.
