Biographical Sketch: Bryan Nowicki has represented clients in complex litigation matters before a wide variety of local, state and federal judicial, quasi-judicial, administrative, and legislative bodies in Wisconsin and in other states. Bryan has represented health care providers in a number of matters, including representing hospices in appeals of multi-million dollar ZPIC overpayment determinations. In those appeals, he has developed and implemented strategies to maximize the legal, factual, and expert opinion-based positions of his clients.
Bryan has authored a number of articles and is a regular speaker to business and professional audiences on topics including professional ethics, civil procedure, civil discovery, depositions, and expert discovery, and has been selected for inclusion in Wisconsin Super Lawyers - Rising Stars Edition.
