Biographical Sketch: Sue Lyn Schramm has more than twenty years of experience as a health care executive and consultant for hospices and non-profit organizations. She has served in senior leadership at multiple hospices in the mid-Atlantic region, and from 2005 to 2014 managed a strategic consulting practice serving hospices. She is currently Director, Consulting Services for NHPCO in Alexandria, Virginia. In addition to her work in hospice administration and consulting, Sue Lyn has written for both consumer and professional audiences. In 1999 her book "Global Capitation" on risk-based contracting for healthcare providers was published by McGraw-Hill. She has contributed to journals and newspapers as a writer on a wide range of topics.
