Biographical Sketch: Brent Brady has 28 years of executive experience across a broad range of non-profit organizations. He currently serves as Administrator of Organizational Development at Coastal Hospice and Palliative in Salisbury, Maryland. He is an experienced Executive Coach, holding the Professional Certified Coach Credential from the International Coach Federation and the Master Certified Coach Trainer credential from the Center for Executive Coaching. He also holds the Certified in Thanatology: Death, Dying and Bereavement credential from the Association for Death Education and Counseling. He is presently engaged in doctoral research in the field of Transformational Leadership.
