Biographical Sketch: Rebecca Anhang Price, PhD, is a Policy Researcher and Associate Director of the Health Services Delivery Systems research program in RAND Health. Her research focuses on understanding factors influencing health care quality, and developing and deploying measures for monitoring quality, with emphasis on patient and family experiences of care. She co-led the CMS contract to develop and field test the CAHPS Hospice Survey, and is currently co-leading the survey's national implementation effort for CMS. She plays a lead role on a project to develop and field test CAHPS instruments for assessment of the quality of care provided by Accountable Care Organizations and physician groups under Medicare programs.
