Biographical Sketch: Jennifer is the Director of Regulatory and Compliance and Education Nurse Planner for the National Hospice & Palliative Care Organization. She has close to 30 years of experience as a leader and nurse in diverse healthcare settings in numerous areas of the United States, including Hawaii, and has worked in hospice care for the last 16+ years. She has a BSN, a duel Masters in Case Management and Health Counseling, and is currently working on her Doctoral course work. She has served at the Director level for several prominent national and regional healthcare organizations; she speaks at national and state educational conferences, writes articles for trade association journals, and develops educational programs, resources, and products for NHPCO. Jennifer is a certified Healthcare Compliance Professional, Legal Nurse Consultant, and peer nurse reviewer for Home Health Nurse Journal.
