Biographical Sketch: As a speaker, humorist and author of "Do it Well, Make it Fun" Ron Culberson’s mission is to change the workplace culture by combining the power of excellence and fun.
For ten years, Ron Culberson worked as a home care social worker, Manager of Counseling Services and Director of Quality Services at Hospice of Northern Virginia (now Capital Hospice). These experiences exposed him to the challenges of healthcare from the front line to middle management to senior management.
