Biographical Sketch: Biographical Sketch: Andrew is one of the most influential people in the United States regarding the business operations of hospice. He has worked with over 850 hospices in the United States and abroad over the past 24 years. His innovations to hospice management have helped create some of the most successful hospice platforms in the history of the movement resulting in some of the highest valuations and quality scores as well as phenomenal economic performance. These results have been achieved by bringing meticulous intention to virtually every aspect of the care experience including phone interactions, visit structures and team design as well as to indirect areas that support the front-lines of care to create a high-quality, predictable experience for every patient, every time that is financially balanced. Andrew has been the CFO for many hospices and has served on many hospice boards of directors as well as the interim CEO role during hospice turnarounds. Andrew formed Multi-View Incorporated (MVI) in 1996 to provide assistance to hospices. Since then, MVI has multiplied into several different companies including MVI, MVI Systems, MVI Benchmarking and MVI Media. MVI serves 700+ hospices of all sizes and in all regions of the country.
