Biographical Sketch: Brianna DeLaRosa, MSW, LCSW, is currently the Manager of Internal Communications and Professional Development for Empath Health . Brianna has worked in a variety of roles during her ten years at Suncoast Hospice including five years as a social worker caring for patients and families. She then joined the education team and more recently build the organization’s intranet and manage internal communications. Brianna’s background spans the fields of social work, design, communications, and technology. This broad range of experience has driven her to continuously search for innovative delivery methods that improve communication effectiveness. In her current role she manages training and development, internal communications, and the organizations intranet. Brianna received her Masters in Social work from the University of South Florida and Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from the University of Florida. She currently serves as the VP of Communications for the International Association of Business Communicators Tampa Bay Chapter.
