Biographical Sketch: Annette Kiser, MSN, RN, NE-BC, is the Director of Quality & Compliance with The Carolinas Center for Hospice & End of Life Care, a 2-state hospice association. She has 29 years of hospice experience working with community-based hospice programs in various management positions involving clinical services, quality and compliance. Annette currently serves on NHPCO's Regulatory Committee and the Palmetto GBA Hospice Coalition. Using her in-depth knowledge of regulatory and compliance issues affecting hospices, Annette presents programs at the local, state and national levels to educate hospice and palliative care staff on compliance and quality topics.
