Biographical Sketch: Mr. Ridenour is a partner in Crowe’s Health Care Group and leads the Firm’s hospice service offerings. He has over 30 years experience with Crowe Horwath. From an accounting and financial perspective, Mr. Ridenour is a recognized industry leader in segments of Healthcare who speaks and writes about various topics including audit, governance and performance improvement. In addition, he has provided services to clients in the areas of reimbursement consulting, strategic planning, bond financing including financial feasibility studies and other consulting on acquisitions, valuations and other operational matters of clients.
Experience
Mr. Ridenour’s responsibilities include:
▪ Auditing financial statements of healthcare, senior living, hospice, and not-for-profit organizations.
▪ Auditing compliance and internal controls over compliance of federal award programs..
▪ Advising exempt organizations on the potential accounting treatment of proposed transactions.
▪ Revenue and Reimbursement Services
▪ Consulting engagements, including operational costs analysis, financial feasibility studies for new or refinanced projects, acquisition and due diligence procedures, oversight of operational matters and general business consulting needs of clients.
