Biographical Sketch: I hold a undergraduate degree in Mathematical Sciences from Clemson University and a Master in Business from Webster University. I also hold a MHP designation from the Health Insurance Associate of America. I have been employed with Palmetto GBA for twenty years and have served the last fifteen as manager in the EDI Operations Department. My department is responsible for Jurisdiction 11 which includes NC, SC, VA, WV, and HHH. We are also responsible for the Railroad Retirees contract.
