Biographical Sketch: A Principal at Simione Healthcare Consultants, Lisa has been active in health care since 1981. Her experience includes over five years of business office operations and management, in addition to three years of accounting systems consulting in a corporate environment. She has experience in home health care and hospice consulting since 1989 that includes preparation and review of Medicare and other third-party year end cost reports for free-standing and provider-based home health agencies and hospice providers as well as Home Office Cost Statements for chain organizations. Lisa has performed Organizational/Structure Reviews, Operational Assessments that include Financial Analysis and Reimbursement Review, Revenue Cycle Management and Business Operations Reviews, Accounts Receivable Recovery projects, prepared Market Analysis and Needs Assessments, Budgets and Cash Flow Projections for Home Health Agency and Hospice continuing operations and start-ups, and Hospice Inpatient feasibility analysis. Additionally, Lisa has provided, Interim Management services (CEO and CFO) for home health and hospice providers.
