Biographical Sketch: Rana McClelland, MBA, is the Vice President of Palliative Medical Associates, a national palliative care provider and a division of VITAS Healthcare Corporation. Her innovative strategies have successfully expanded access to palliative care services across the country. She is an acknowledged expert in the hospice and palliative care industry whose many accomplishments include founding and establishing Compassionate Care Hospice's Florida operations and doubling the census at Good Shepherd Hospice in Lakeland, Florida. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Florida Hospice and Palliative Care Association (FHPCA) and is past secretary of their Executive Committee. A native of Huntsville, Alabama, she received her undergraduate degree at Auburn University and her MBA at Southeastern University.
