Biographical Sketch: Deborah DiNenna is the Director of Clinical Services at Hospice of the Chesapeake in Pasadena, Maryland. Hospice of the Chesapeake is preparing to celebrate 35 years of service to Anne Arundel and Prince George counties in Maryland.
Deb joined the team at HOC in 2008. In her current role, Deb is responsible for directing the admissions department, clinical home teams and the on-call/triage department. Since Deb's arrival to Hospice of the Chesapeake, census has grown from an ADC of 229 to current ADC of 376. For the past 6 years, Deb has worked in the clinical arena with front line staff and the clinical management team to achieve positive patient and family outcomes with minimal staff turnover while maintaining financial stability.
