Hospice regulations continue to be of high priority for providers and staff. This session will provide the latest, up-to-the-minute information on regulatory changes, proposed changes and issues that hospices should be tracking based on NHPCO's extensive communication with regulators and policymakers. This is a not to be missed session for those in charge of compliance, billing or quality reporting.

Learning Objectives:
1. Discuss the changes implemented in the FY2016 wage index rule including the two-tiered routine home care rate, reporting all diagnoses on the claim form and quality reporting updates in attending physician requirements and the cap self-report
2. List three changes that have been implemented in the last two years based on the CMS final rules issued
3. Discuss changes that the hospice should make to be in compliance with CMS and other federal regulations
