Join the TrustBridge leadership team on a journey to the Gemba where you will witness firsthand an amazing transformation of hospice care. You’ll learn how the TrustBridge staff has altered traditional hospice thinking through the analysis of key data points and the rigors of root cause analysis. Both patient and non-patient care departments have engaged in lean activities which have resulted in the removal of waste, time savings, efficiencies and improved patient outcomes.

Learning Objectives:
1. Identify lean methodologies that could improve processes in their agencies
2. Describe the value of a Gemba Walk for identifying and celebrating process improvement initiatives
3. Visualize a plan for creating a culture that supports problem solving at the front line
