This session will describe the challenges related to new leaders, as well as existing leaders, in an hospice and palliative care organization. Join the interdisciplinary faculty in a lively discussion regarding the benefit of leadership and coaching programs, how to improve one's mentoring skills and perform appropriate self-reflection. Further discussion will include implementation of practical knowledge skills and how an organization can provide high quality leadership programs.
