This session will provide an overview and discussion of the regulatory requirements associated with the 5 Standards included in §418.56 Condition of Participation: Interdisciplinary Group, care planning, and coordination of care. Faculty will provide practical strategies to ensure compliant Care Plan documentation and recommendations to enhance IDG meeting (i.e., care planning) documentation, both of which are consistently cited in the top ten most frequent survey deficiencies.
