This session will review how to move beyond the Quality Assessmnet portion of QAPI to a complete QAPI program focused on using the data to identify, prioritize and implement true Performance Improvement. Techniques and tools will be presented along with examples of successful performance improvement initiatives. Suggestions for creating a quality of culture and structuring a successful QAPI program will also be provided.

3. Describe a complete QAPI program including both Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement
