Hospices today are part of an ever changing healthcare landscape; they must be innovative and compliant while delivering the best quality outcomes for patients and families. This session will discuss the requirements of a compliance program, the expectations of delivering quality patient care and the realization that a compliant organization may not be delivering quality outcomes for patients and families.

Learning Objectives:
1. Verbalize understanding of all required elements of a compliance program and hospice OIG risk areas
2. Identify quality metrics specific to the delivery of patient care
3. Develop audits to meet compliance and quality metrics
