This session will describe Gilchrist Hospice Care’s journey in adopting Lean principles and practices to bring more patients to comfort within 24 hours. Lean principles facilitate the elimination of waste and promote daily management and robust metrics for key quality indicators. Participants will leave with a sample of tools and metrics to apply to their own hospice organization.
