Team is more than a four-letter word.  Today's interdisciplinary team must overcome challenges in new and innovative ways while meeting the needs of patients and families.  This session provides insight into team dynamics, identifies common barriers to smooth team function and gives tools for assessing and altering team performance to ensure excellent outcomes for everyone.
