Successful education can be hard enough when your workforce is onsite at one time, but in hospice care, employees are completely mobile and often serving a large geographical area. How do you engage and educate a mobile workforce? This session will go beyond the use of an online education curriculum and look at how you can use blended learning techniques, new technology and innovative engagement strategies to accelerate your workforce.
