Nearly every significant accomplishment between hospice and patients comes from the cooperation, positive energy and learning that result from a real team effort.  It is through teams and teamwork that can advance the progress of your services.  However without careful attention, teams can drift into a pattern of wasteful meetings, conflicts, hidden agendas, poor listening and mutual distrust. This interactive session will introduce a positive, collaborative and innovative process called “Appreciative Inquiry” (AI).  AI offers a way for teams to engage in conversations so that members are more likely to eagerly come together and interact resulting in high performance teamwork.  Using the AI model, specific strategies and resources will be provided to help you build a dynamic Interdisciplinary Team that reflects enhanced communication, clarity of roles and responsibilities, energy and spirit, productivity and relationships.
