1. Increase knowledge of the hospice Quality Reporting requirements
2. Increase knowledge of hospice Quality Benchmarking tools.
3. Demonstrate the ability to utilize Quality benchmarks to improve clinical and operational performance.
The presentation will present strategies for hospice programs to operationalize and benefit from quality benchmarking.    In addition, the presentation will include with the strategies benchmarking tools and reports  that may enhance clinical and operational performance.
