1. Discuss the hospice diagnoses most commonly seen in pediatric hospice
2. Describe the symptoms experienced by pediatric hospice patients
3. Identify the medications used to treat pediatric hospice patients
Hospice clinicians will occasionally be confronted with a pediatric patient to manage.  This session will review the fundamentals of pediatric hospice and palliative care, incorporate the knowledge and skills you already possess, and give you the confidence to manage your pediatric patients without fear.
