3. Evaluate your own leadership dimension and begin to understand what obstacles may stand in the way of becoming a multi-dimensional leader.
4. Describe at least three (3) strategies that you can use to build a career portfolio and brand yourself for career success.
This session is designed to enlighten the thinking of participants considering a career move to an executive leadership position or the role of CEO for a hospice organization.  The challenge involved in making the right career choice depends on the leader's needs and management style, the organization's culture, the marketplace and the potential competence of its employees.  The importance of these variables will be explored along with what to consider, how to brand yourself and the questions to ask before making your next career move.  Every participant will be offered a free on-line assessment that will map his or her primary leadership profile.  Also, one participant will be selected to receive a free copy of the research-based book, "The 8 Dimensions of Leadership."
