Most hospice leaders are confident they have built a culture which supports quality and excellence, but can you be sure that your organization will not be featured in the next headline that tarnishes the industry??  Whether it be ADRs or blatant fraud, why can it be so difficult to ensure compliance?  Strong ethical cultures cannot be assumed, they must be built, reinforced and monitored.  This session will focus on recent findings about the causes for lapses in ethical practices and how to assess your organization’s culture and ensure that your organization is reinforcing excellence at all levels.
