The session will explore influences on a quality culture and the relationship between quality culture and exceptional patient outcomes. Using real life examples, participants will explore ways to engage colleagues in conversations in a way that creates positive, open dialogue, action, and prevents defensiveness.

2. Discuss relationship between quality culture and organizational outcomes
3. Identify at least 2 strategies to implement within own organization
