Leading people can be a very rewarding and yet at times an exhausting experience, especially when a lot of change happens in a short period of time. Team member turnover, accelerated growth, system process changes are all areas of change that can flip a team upside down and affect the quality of care to the patient and their family if not handled well.  It is very important as leaders to be able to identify the challenges that change brings to the team and look at ways to help overcome those challenges. This session will provide you with strategies to do just that!

Learning Objectives:
1. Identify various types of changes that take place in hospice and the stressors that may occur
2. Discuss the qualities of an effective leader when change takes place
3. Identify strategies to overcome the challenges of change
