In the constantly changing world of hospice, this session will teach strategies for achieving a culture of resilience while enhancing the patient/family experience and meeting your organization's business objectives. Faculty will share successes and failures through lecture, video and experiential participation. Participants will be given tangible tools and programs to implement at their hospices.

1. Describe alternative approaches for reducing stress, anxiety and depression while advancing patient, staff and customer satisfaction
2. Develop building blocks for establishing a foundation of clinical excellence
3. Identify how to reduce costs without affecting quality that fosters a culture of professionalism
