How well does staff deal with cumulative loss? Does staff recognize when they are grieving? In this session, faculty will discuss the importance of recognition of losses for the hospice professional. Whether the loss is personal, professional, a known loss or a tragedy, does your organization know what to offer and how to help staff with these losses?
