A critical component to a successful and well-functioning interdisciplinary team starts with effective leadership. Trustbridge Health has implemented a multifaceted, focused approach to developing skilled, effective and efficient leaders and managers, in both clinical and non-clinical roles. This session will describe the tools and techniques developed and championed by Trustbridge to develop those strong leaders every organization wants and needs. Participants will be able to adapt the advanced concepts and tools discussed in the Passport Initiative, Nuts and Bolts Program, and Management Modules to promote the growth and development of their own interdisciplinary team leaders.

Learning Objectives:
1. Verbalize the benefits of interdisciplinary team leadership to the organization, the team and the patient care experience
2. Describe the process, considerations, and challenges associated with developing a successful and sustainable leadership training program
3. Utilize information and sample materials to develop a Management Training Initiative within your own organization
