In fact, statistics show that 70% of all change initiatives fail. Why? Because organizations don’t change, people do! Who is responsible for those people? Their leader! This session will give you the tools to strengthen your ability to successfully manage change by keeping your people first.

1. Define change management, key dynamics inherent in the change process and overview three models of change
2. Describe the role of the leader in successful change management
3. Identify the role communication plays in successful change initiative and apply it to a current change on your team/in your organization
