This presentation will assist psychosocial care staff in documenting professional clinical outcomes while simultaneously painting the picture of the declining hospice patient. Due to increased audits, all staff must document hospice eligibility each visit. This session will help psychosocial staff improve their ability to document patient appropriateness for hospice care within their scope of practice.
