2. Identify differences in the grief process between child loss and other types of loss and tools for working with bereaved parents
3. Describe how to do the "work of grief" utilizing William Worden's "asks of Grief and Alan Wolfelt's "Six Reconciliation Needs of Mourning"
The loss of a child is every parent’s worst nightmare. This presentation explores the complexities and the uniqueness of child loss and provides practical tools for working with bereaved parents. It identifes differences in the grief porcess between child loss and other types of loss.
