This interactive session is about creating partnerships that make a bigger difference that are win-win.  Faculty will share their successes and challenges with partnerships, with a special focus on palliative care, advance healthcare planning, end of life care and bereavement care.  Partnerships, particularly related to palliative care, will be key to successfully navigating through the future with health care reform.  Palliative care is about partnerships in care that assure optimal education, advocacy and care planning, and they are dedicated to honoring each person's unique preferences.  The session also will explore partnering intelligence and examine how to take partnerships with palliative care to the next level.
