We Honor Veterans (WHV) is a national hospice awareness campaign developed by NHPCO in collaboration with the VA. Utilizing WHV resources and tools, hospices can provide educational opportunities that enhance their ability to provide higher quality care to Veterans and their families. This session will highlight the campaign, its resources and partner benefits for hospices in their goal of honoring Veterans' preferences for care.
