Volunteer training can be an area of great challenge for many of today's hospice volunteer leaders! There is a lot of information to cover, very little time in the schedule and volunteers are scarce to come by today. Whether you conduct simple core training or a very lengthy program, this session will help you develop new ideas to make it interactive and fun. Best of all, you will do it with a team approach! Come and explore ways that you can enhance your training program so that you leave folks wanting to come back for more!

Learning Objectives:
1. Identify all topics that must be covered based on the Medicare Hospice Conditions of Participation
2. Apply the team approach to training emphasizing the effectiveness of a "hospice team"
3. Discuss new and innovative ways to make training fun and interactive
