The number one reason that volunteers leave organizations is that their volunteer leaders do not know how to lead. This session will identify leadership skills required for successful volunteer management and will provide take-home tools for implementing best practices. The presenters lead two of the largest hospice volunteer programs in the country, providing leadership for over 5600 volunteers.
