Significant changes have been made to the HIPAA privacy and security regulations. Requirements from the HITECH Act continue to evolve and hospices must be aware of what has changed and what they must do to ensure ongoing compliance with these regulations. This presentation, provided from operational, legal and IT perspectives, is designed to provide a comprehensive roadmap for navigating the old, the new and the changing HIPAA landscape.
