Adult daughters play a vital role in the healthcare decisions of the families they love and support.  Our lack of understanding of their needs and feelings can present barriers to access and care delivery. Through the use of focus groups, Suncoast Hospice was able to extract their perspectives, resulting in improved family care, innovative program development and increased access to hospice care and services. This session will highlight findings and provide techniques to assist you in duplicating these efforts in your own community.
