1. Describe "consistently inconsistent" and relate the phrase to their organizations
2. Utilize specific measurement tools to ensure their organization is functioning in an alignment manner
3. Identify objective actions to move their organizations forward and achieve consistency in performance
All employees must understand behaviors that are needed to ensure their organization is successful, otherwise the organization will not fully achieve its goals. There is a tendency in organizations, including hospice and palliative care organizations, to be "consistently inconsistent" in many aspects of daily operations. Practicing "Straight A Leadership" techniques (Alignment, Action and Accountability) can help leaders develop practical, useable and beneficial solutions to solve problems created by a lack of consistency in operations.
