Hospice providers are being pounded by waves from all directions - state and federal audit agencies, FI/MACs internal quality audits and more. Staff and management need to believe that successful navigation is contingent upon a complete and comprehensive clinical record. Faculty will identify documentation issues and will offer specific strategies to motivate staff and improve documentation so you can steer safely through the regulatory waters.
