America's workforce incorporates at least three generations of employees (Boomers, Generation X and Generation Y) as well as veterans and seniors. Each group has its own value system, work ethic and perspective on work. And each group must figure out how to interact, manage and collaborate with colleagues from other generations. This session will offer managers an overview of the multi-generational workforce and provide concrete tools for those times when generations collide.
