We bombard staff with data and information: satisfaction scores, QAPI data, financial reports, audit results and changes in practice. It is difficult for staff to know what their priorities are as it is all high priority. LifePath Hospice discovered that focusing on one thing, caring and competence, creates an innovative environment that maximizes the competence and caring potential of staff and volunteers. This session will present a treasure chest full of transformative ideas to enable your organization to set sail on a voyage of positive change.
