This session will provide senior level hospice staff who may be considering an executive or CEO role with information about what to consider and what to expect once the position is secured.  A seasoned hospice executive in a well-established organization will share first hand experience in transitioning an organization to new leadership. The session will provide situational examples of what to do and not to do; strategic approaches to employee and board engagement; how to build a leadership team and how to obtain the professional support an individual needs to succeed in the new role.
