Social media is changing the way people communicate. Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn; Internet sites that where unfamiliar to most people only a couple of years ago are now part of daily life for many Americans and are becoming a familiar component for professional communication and outreach. This session will look at a few of the most commonly used sites and describe how hospices are putting these tools to work.
