This session will demonstrate that creating a “sales training” for clinical employees will increase referrals, admissions and your bottom line by creating a fully engaged organization that supports growth. Faculty will outline how to "out behave" the competition rendering them irrelevant and identify the core concepts to increase referrals and admissions. Participants will learn how to create a mutually-supportive alliance between sales and clinical staff through training and role play and see the data that proves it works!
